Body-Positive Nutrition Coaching

  • From a body-positive approach, we help nutrition clients understand healthy habits. Whether you are looking to stop yo-yo dieting and find something that sticks, have realized you need to make changes for health reasons, or if you simply want to feel better and have more energy, nutrition coaching is for you! No matter your size, shape, or your fitness goals, you deserve to feel comfortable in your body.

    In nutrition coaching with us, you won’t be given lists of ‘good’ foods and ‘bad’ foods and specific aesthetic goals won’t be pushed on you. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to communicate your specific goals, your preferences will be discussed, and a plan that you can maintain long-term (without cutting out your favorite foods!) will be implemented.

  • The first step to nutrition coaching is a free 20 minute consultation, where you’ll have an opportunity to meet with your coach, discuss your goals, do a few assessments and then come up with a plan!

    After the free consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to schedule recurring visits to further fine tune your plan, have accountability, and ultimately reach (and keep) your goals. Visits are recommend either one or twice a month.

  • Each follow up visit costs $40 and is 20 - 30 minutes in length and will include re-assessments, a conversation about any concerns or struggles, a plan of action and specific goals to focus on.

Annette received her certification from the International Sports Sciences Association and is passionate about healthful eating from a body-positive approach. As a body-positive coach, she loves meeting clients where they are and would never suggest or encourage a restrictive diet. She believes food’s job is to make us feel good, give us energy and satisfy our palettes.
