Assisted Stretch

  • Passive stretching done with the aid of a trained professional. The help of another person allows your body to move in ways that it is not able to when stretching alone, plus it feels great!

  • Each assisted stretch will take place over 60 minutes, including time for consultation and assessments.

  • Each 60 minute stretch is $100. Yogi Colorado members receive $20 off.

Dayna is a certified stretcher and RYT, so it’s no surprise that she has a love of learning all about anatomy! She has been helping people with assisted stretching since 2020. She loves getting to watch the benefits of assisted stretch become realized in both first-time and regular clients!
